I’ve struggled with back and pelvis issues for years and while many therapists gave me great advice and focused exercises, I never formed a holistic view of my body.  Anna’s thoughtful and thorough assessment of all of me, and subsequent exercise program, is putting me on the road to recovery.  Making me demonstrate and describe each exercise before I leave ensures I’m doing them properly.   Monthly follow-ups and program adjustments mean I’m progressing while only doing what my body is ready to do (which also prevents boredomJ).   I would highly recommend Anna to help you as she is helping me.

I had suffered with chronic back pain for several years. I have 4 herniated discs and hyper-mobility in my pelvis.....which in turn created poor posture. I contacted Anna to see if she could help me. After doing her initial assessment she created a program that I would do at home on a daily basis! With her kinesiology background I felt safe following the program she had designed for me. We would meet weekly to go over the program and make changes if needed. After a month my back pain had decreased significantly and my posture had improved! After a few more months I had no back pain and the curve in my upper back had disappeared! I highly recommend Anna if you are looking for help with chronic pain or injuries. Your (Anna’s) analysis of spinal curve/weak and tight areas was very helpful and I showed the results to both my physio and pilates instructor. My exercise therapy with Anna, was extremely beneficial physically, occupationally and mentally. I also developed better posture as well as physical working habits.
